These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kattia, a product of Levant Group (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. During the closed beta, access also requires a valid invite code.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you use to access Kattia and for the activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@kattia.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Kattia to violate any law or any third party’s rights.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the service, other users, or any integration.
- Do not use Kattia to send unsolicited messages, spam, or phishing content.
- Do not abuse AI features (for example, by attempting to extract training data or bypass safety measures).
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans (“Growth”) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues through the end of the paid period and does not renew thereafter. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.
Refunds are provided only where required by law or at our discretion. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in account suspension.
5. AI features
AI-generated outputs (role fit, interview prep, cover letters, etc.) are suggestions and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it or sending it to a third party. We disclaim liability for decisions made based on AI output.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the applications, notes, attachments, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service. We do not use your content to train models.
7. Third-party services
Kattia integrates with Stripe, Google (Gmail, Calendar, OAuth), Anthropic (AI), Supabase, Resend, PostHog, and Vercel. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
8. Beta terms
While Kattia is in closed beta:
- Features may change, break, or disappear with limited notice.
- We may delete test data during the beta period.
- Feedback you submit may be used publicly in anonymized form.
- The service is provided “as is” without warranty.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time from account settings; data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Kattia is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced by email to active users.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of- laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
