Question 1

What is Kattia?

Accepted Answer

Kattia is a career pipeline. It gives a serious job search the same structure you would expect from any important pipeline: stages, next actions, follow-ups, interview notes, and a timeline that remembers what happened.

Question 2

Who is Kattia for?

Accepted Answer

Kattia is for professionals running multiple applications at once, including engineers, PMs, designers, AEs, operators, and anyone who has outgrown a spreadsheet, notes app, and inbox search.

Question 3

When can I use Kattia?

Accepted Answer

Kattia is in open beta — you can create a free account and start today. If you already have an account, sign in to continue using the app.

Question 4

How does job import work?

Accepted Answer

Paste a job URL or upload a posting. Kattia captures the company, role, salary range, and notes, then creates the record in your pipeline so you can add a next action immediately.

Question 5

Can I import an existing tracker?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can import CSV data, add roles manually, upload documents, or start with one job URL and build the pipeline from there.

Question 6

Does Kattia replace my email client?

Accepted Answer

No. Kattia complements your email by surfacing job-search messages and connecting them to the right application. Google connection is optional and read-only, and Kattia never sends email as you.

Question 7

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Export your full pipeline to CSV at any time. Your history stays yours, and the product is designed to avoid lock-in.

Question 8

Is my data private and secure?

Accepted Answer

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Kattia does not sell your information. Your pipeline is yours alone.

Question 9

How is my data handled while Kattia is being built?

Accepted Answer

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on Supabase, and never sold. You can export to CSV or delete your account at any time. Details, including subprocessors, are in the Privacy Policy linked in the footer.

Question 10

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Accepted Answer

Every page in the app has a Feedback button in the bottom-right. Use it to rate the experience and explain what happened. You can also email support@kattia.io directly.
